Conditions for exchange and return of goods of proper and inadequate quality for an online store in Ukraine
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of exchange and return of goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Conditions”) govern the relationship between the Seller (name of the online store) and the Buyer (an individual who purchased the goods in the online store) regarding the exchange and return of goods purchased in the online store.
1.2. The conditions are a public offer in accordance with Art. 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the “Civil Code of Ukraine”).
1.3. By placing an order on the online store website, the Buyer confirms that he has read these Terms and completely agrees with them.
2. Exchange and return of goods of good quality
2.1. The buyer has the right to exchange or return goods of good quality within 14 days from the date of receipt.
2.2. A product of good quality is a product that is not defective, damaged, and corresponds to its characteristics, description and photographs on the online store website.
2.3. Conditions for exchange and return of goods of good quality:
- The product has not been used;
- Its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels have been preserved;
- The payment document confirming the purchase of the goods has been saved;
- The product is not included in the list of goods that cannot be exchanged or returned.
2.4. The list of goods that are not subject to exchange or return was approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1728 of December 19, 2005.
2.5. When returning goods of proper quality, the Seller returns to the Buyer the amount paid for the goods, excluding the Seller’s expenses for delivery of the goods.
2.6. Return of goods of proper quality is carried out within 14 days from the date of the Buyer's request.

2.7. Refunds are made to a bank card upon receipt within 24 hours of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
2.8. The client can contact the manager at the contact phone number (099) 568-68-29 and inform about the desire to return the goods.
3. Exchange and return of goods of inadequate quality
3.1. The buyer has the right to exchange or return goods of inadequate quality within 14 days from the date of receipt.
3.2. A product of inadequate quality is a product that is defective, damaged, and does not correspond to its characteristics, description and photographs on the online store website.
3.3. Conditions for exchange and return of goods of inadequate quality:
- The product has not been used;
- Its presentation has been preserved;
- The payment document confirming the purchase of the goods has been saved;
- The presence of defects, damage or non-compliance of the product with its characteristics, description and photographs on the online store website.
3.4. When returning goods of inadequate quality, the Seller is obliged to replace the goods with a similar product of proper quality or return to the Buyer the amount paid for the goods.
3.5. Return of goods of inadequate quality is carried out within 14 days from the date of the Buyer's request.
3.6. Returns are made by any delivery service at the store’s expense, or in our store at the address: Shakhterska Street, 19, Kovalivka, Ivano-Frankivsk region, 78293
3.7. Refunds are made to a bank card upon receipt within 24 hours of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
3.8. If the Customer receives and discovers a product of inadequate quality, due to non-compliance with expectations, the Customer can contact the manager at the contact phone number (099) 568-68-29 and inform about the desire to replace or return the product.
4. Procedure for exchange and return of goods
4.1. To exchange or return goods, the Buyer must:
- Fill out an application for exchange or return of goods;
- Provide goods subject to exchange or return;
- Provide a payment document confirming the purchase of the goods;
- In case of returning a product of inadequate quality, provide a complaint report.
4.2. An application for exchange or return of goods can be filled out on the online store website or in the Seller’s store.
4.3. The complaint report is drawn up in any form.
4.4. The product to be exchanged or returned must be complete, with labels, seals and factory packaging intact.
4.5. Delivery of goods to the Seller is carried out at the expense of the Buyer.
5. Final provisions
5.1. These Terms are part of the offer posted on the online store website.
5.2. These Terms can be changed by the Seller unilaterally.
5.3. All disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer are resolved through negotiations.
Items cannot be exchanged or returned.
According to the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the company may refuse to exchange or return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality and are not subject to return and exchange.

4. Photographic films, photographic plates, photographic paper.
5. Corsetry products.
6. Perfume and cosmetic products.
7. Feather and down products.
8. Children's toys are soft.
9. Children's toys, rubber inflatable.
10. Toothbrushes.
11. Mouthpieces.
12. Shaving equipment.
13. Shaving brushes.
14. Combs, combs and massage brushes.
15. Mute (for wind instruments).
16. Violin chins.
17. Gloves.
18. Fabrics.
19. Tulle curtains and lace fabrics.
20. Carpet products by the meter.
21. Underwear.
22. Bed linen.
23. Hosiery.
24. Products in aerosol packaging.
25. Printed publications.
26. Linear and sheet metal products, pipe products, lumber, moldings (plinths, platband), panel materials (fibreboards and particle boards, plywood) and glass, cut or cut to the size specified by the buyer (customer).
27. Audio, video cassettes, disks for laser reading and recording systems.
28. Products made from natural and artificial hair (wigs).
29. Products for babies (diapers, pacifiers, feeding bottles, etc.).
30. Tools for manicure, pedicure (scissors, nail files, etc.).
31. Jewelry made of precious metals, precious stones, organogenic precious stones and semi-precious stones.
